The Estate has a long tradition of farming through the craftsmanship of tenant farmers who produce cheese, honey, prime Shorthorn Beef, seasonal Venison and game and the famous Holker Saltmarsh Lamb. Holker Estate is a busy and diverse Estate, situated near Grange-over-Sands in the beautiful countryside of England's South Lakeland. The Holker Hall Estate is owned by Lord and Lady Cavendish and they both take an active interest in protecting the wildlife in the area and maintaining the conservation of the woodlands and parkland.
