Holker Hall is one of the regions finest country houses and home to the Cavendish family – the centrepiece of a beautiful 17,000 acre Estate. Holker Group employs over 250 people in the region. The Hall & Gardens welcome visitors from across the UK and abroad and regularly attracts over 39,000 visitors a year.
The annual Holker Garden Festival is the flagship event for the Estate and is now in its 23rd year. This year the event will take place on the 29th – 31st May and Stewards are required from Tuesday 26th May until Wednesday 3rd June. The Stewarding roles are varied and include programme selling, general stewarding in marquees and on the showground, exhibitor welcome points, maintenance/litter and food court assistants. Refreshments are provided. You will be paid an hourly rate which will be discussed at the interview, along with which role you are most suited to.
