Holker Hall & Gardens Customer Loyalty Card

As a thank you to all of our regular visitors we are delighted to introduce the Holker Hall & Gardens Customer Loyalty Card.

To start earning your reward simply pick up a card next time you visit from our Food Hall, Gift Shop or Cafe. For every purchase over £5 in the Food Hall, Gift Shop and Cafe you will receive a stamp on your card.  Once the card is full it can be redeemed for £5 off your next purchase.

Terms & Conditions

1. You can collect one stamp for every purchase of £5.00 or over in the Cafe, Gift shop and Food Hall
2. Every time you spend £5.00 or over and present your card you'll earn a stamp
3. Your card can only be stamped if present. You cannot update your card at a later date
4. Every fully stamped card with 10 entries can be redeemed as a £5.00 voucher
5. All stamps must be on one card to validate your voucher
6. Once full the £5.00 voucher can be redeemed on your next purchase in the Cafe, Gift Shop and Food Hall only
7. The £5 voucher can be used one its own for purchases of £5 or less
8. When used for purchases under £5 no change will be given
9. The voucher has no alternative cash value
10. The loyalty card is available to anyone aged 16 or over
11. The Holker Group accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen cards and regrets that any reward stamps on such cards cannot be replaced
12.  A replacement card can be issued immediately upon request
13.  A loyalty card can only be registered in the name of an individual, not shared between multiple people. Only one card may be registered in the name of each individual.
14. Your loyalty card will have an expiry date ‘valid until’ this will generally be 6 months from the date of issue. 
15. The loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or loyalty scheme operating in the Cafe, Gift Shop and Food Hall
16. In order to redeem your voucher your full contact details need to be completed on the card
