Estate Works Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Holker is seeking to recruit maternity cover for a full-time Administrator within our busy Estate Works team.
Holker is seeking to recruit maternity cover for a full-time Estate Works Administrator to support a very active Estate Works Team and to assist the Estates Building Surveyor in the operation of the department for a period of approximately five months.
This busy and varied role requires excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills, together with a professional manner, good communication skills and a clear commitment to customer service. A flexible can-do approach and ability to work within a team and on own initiative are essential.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience, ideally gained in a similar role and an understanding of buildings works would be an advantage.
