Spring Evening Barbecue at The Ilex

A sizzling night of fun at The Ilex from 5 pm. Join us for a barbecue feast!
Enjoy the evening in the relaxing setting of The Courtyard at Holker.
On the menu is Holker estate venison burgers, Cartmel Valley game, smoked Cumberland sausages, Cumbrian marinated chicken thighs or Thai marinated fish parcels – all served accompanied by fresh, homemade bread and a selection of Holker kitchen garden salads.
The difficult part will be deciding what to put on your plate!

You have the option of booking tickets in advance via our 'Book Tickets' button in the top right hand corner or when you arrive with us at our kiosk.
We have a few special events going on throughout this season and so there are a couple of dates we will either be closing early or the site will be closed to the public. Please see the dates and times below:
