Join us at Holker Hall & Gardens on Sunday 11th October, as part of Holker’s Wild Venison Week: Holker Hosts the Roast — a seasonal celebration of hearty autumn dining. Enjoy a beautifully prepared Sunday roast served at 1.30pm and 3pm in the Ilex room at the Cafe, entry to the Garden is included with pre-booked tickets.

Our menu:

Roasted venison haunch, butter-basted turkey, or nut roast (v),

all served with buttered kale, braised carrots, seasonal vegetable gratin, roast potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and rich bone gravy (onion gravy for the nut roast).

Gluten-free options are available upon request, and we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. The Ilex Bar will also be open, offering a selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks to complement your meal.
