Holker Holiday Parks
Old Park Wood
Old Park Wood is an idyllic holiday park for privately owned holiday caravans and lodges. Quiet and spacious, the park is bordered by the Leven Estuary and protected woodland, providing an ideal home-from-home to switch off, relax and get out and about in nature. Located on the Holker Estate, home of the Cavendish family, Old Park Wood offers true exclusivity as well as being ideally situated in the heart of the South Lakes close to Cartmel and Grange-over-Sands; the perfect base to explore the whole Lake District at your leisure.

In the heart of the Furness Peninsula, Longlands static Caravan Park takes advantage of its spectacular location with many of its caravan and lodge pitches boasting panoramic views over the Duddon Estuary and the fells beyond. Whilst the peaceful, rural location ensures that owners can truly relax, there are still modern park facilities including a shop, adventure playground and WIFI to keep all the family entertained. As part of the Holker Estate, Longlands takes advantage of secure backing from a family-owned business and has a long history of careful management to ensure that the feeling of space, privacy and community continues.
Within a short drive of some lovely market towns and Coniston Water, Longlands is the ultimate ‘Home in the Lakes’ for those seeking a quiet retreat away from the main tourist areas but still within an easy drive of all that the Lake District has to offer.
